Dan Corbett

Director of Cricket and Coaching

Currently Studying: ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)

 

Dan has been a coach in the Area system for over 10 years. Dan brings a wealth of experience coaching all age groups and abilities. He has worked with a large number of Kent Talent Pathway players on a 121 level. He is the Strength & Conditioning Lead for TOP

 

Dan has represented Sidcup CC 1st XI over 100 times, predominantly as an all rounder, playing a big part in the clubs progress in reaching KCL Division 1.

Between 2013 and 2018 Dan spent the winters playing cricket Down Under in Australia where he also coached the representative junior sides in Adelaide. With a passion for fitness, Dan also holds various Fitness and Strength and Conditioning qualifications.

LIAM COOK

Director of Operations

Currently Studying: ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)

 

Liam is Head Coach of the Brazilian Women's National Team & Assistant Coach for the Kent Women's Team. Liam has worked at various levels of the Kent Talent Pathway. In his final season, as a Talent Pathway coach at Kent Cricket he picked up winners medals in the U15 ECB County Championships & U17 ECB County T20 Championships. He has a keen interest in Spin Bowling & developing young spinners in our programmes.

 

Liam played his cricket at Exmouth Cricket Club in Devon making his first team debut as a young off spinner aged 16. After finishing University Liam moved into cricket coaching working with the Devon Cricket County Age Groups. Liam worked with Devon Cricket for a number of years before relocating to London for work.

DAVID HATHRILL

Director of Business Development and Marketing

ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)

Dave is the Kent Women's Head Coach/Kent U17's Girls Joint Lead Coach. He also heads up Talent ID & Development within the County Girls pathway. Dave is a batting specialist coaching, he leads on the Girls County Programme working closely with his Counterparts in the Senior Mens & Boys Pathway. He will be supporting in the delivery of the Kent Boys Talent Pathway at the Academy & EPP Programme’s.

 

He attended Canterbury Christchurch University for 3 years studying PR, Media & Marketing. Dave was most recently involved with the South East Stars franchise as a coach working with the senior squad at the first edition of the Rachel Heyhoe Flint Trophy.

ADAM BALL

Bashers U16 Head Coach

​Currently Studying: ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)

Adam is an ex professional cricketer who represented Kent County Cricket club as a batting all rounder. Adam signed his first professional contract with Kent at just 16. He represented England cricket at under 19 level where he was made captain for the 2010 u19 World Cup in Australia. Adam now plays cricket for Bexley Cricket Club and his experience and knowledge of the game is vital to us.

 

He is the current Kent U14 Boys Coach & he also works as the Cricket Specialist at Lingfield College.

ADAM RILEY

Elite Performance Programme Coach

ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3)

 

Adam played for Kent County Cricket Club and has played 61 first class matches as well as 29 T20’s. He made his debut for Kent in 2011 as an off spin bowler and has best figures of 7/150 in 2015 vs Hampshire, he has also represented England lions. Adam is a hugely respected coach and has learnt his trade mainly from playing with and against some of the best players in the game. As of 2019 he started a new job at Dulwich College as a cricket specialist coach. Now a Kent Talent Pathway Coach, he completed his ECB Advanced Coaching badge in 2020.

GRACE GIBBS

Head of Girl’s Cricket

ECB Level 2 Coach

 

Grace is a professional cricketer representing both the Kent Women’s & South East Stars in the Rachel Heyhoe-Flint Trophy. She is a Seam Bowling All-Rounder, with Seam Bowling being an area of keen interest to her as a coach. Grace also represented England Women at Academy Level. She brings a lot of knowledge and skills in the modern game which will be of extreme value to all of our young players. Grace is head of our Girls Programme & is a great role model to all prospective young female players. Grace also works full time as a sports teacher at COLFES School.

SAM BRADY

Bashers U13’s Head Coach

ECB Level 2 Coach

 

Sam has been a sports coach for 5 years specialising in Cricket. He was a student at BETHs Grammar School and further went on to study sports coaching at University completing his degree in September 2018. Sam represents Bexley cricket club playing in the 2nd XI. Sam currently works at St Josephs Primary school covering their PE programme and school games. Brady is a well known and well respected coach and is a valued member of the TOP Cricket Academy coaching team.

BEN STOCK

ECB Level 2 Coach

 

Ben represented Kent Cricket from an early age and played in every age group before getting selected for the Kent Academy. He went on to represent the Kent 2nd XI a number of times. His subsequent playing experience has led to a keen interest in working with Fast Bowlers & his depth of knowledge in this subject is something that he is looking to share with young players & coaches a-like.

 

Ben attended university at Leeds Beckett studying sports coaching. He now plays a lot of rugby & this has created a passion for fitness that he will be bringing into our programme’s.

DAN BYGRAVE

Bashers U14’s & U11’s Head Coach

ECB Level 2 Coach

 

Starting his playing career for Dartfordians captaining the 1st XI and t20 side. In his time at Dartfordians, they achieved  2 promotions into the Kent League. Dan moved to Bexley CC in 2018 where he got a debut 100 for the 2nd XI.

Dan currently works at St Michael’s Primary school covering their PE programme and at Colfes Prep School delivering their cricket programme.

A lead coach at Bexley CC, Dan enjoyed 2 successful cup competitions overseeing the u15s cup win at The Mote and the u17s at the Tunbridge Wells Festival.
